How can I improve accuracy ? At 20.000 MHz the meter reads 20.100 Mhz. I manage to get things a little better by changing the Xtal with a precision 4.000.000 MHz ITT Xtal. Still not spot on. Is something wrong with the programming of the PIC ? The trimmer capacitor has no effect on accuracy.
